Amstel provides a full design, manage and build service for commercial and residential construction projects. We also do commercial fit outs and provide technical services and asset management for building/civil infrastructure including fencing, retaining, plumbing, electrical, gas and other services. The Amstel team is highly experienced in remote work and associated logistics management requirements in Western Australia, having worked extensively in the Pilbara, Goldfields and Wheatbelt regions and at Rottnest Island.

• Projct management, including for mine-site construction project scope

• Provision of expert multiskilled workforce and the development of Project teams

• Development of safety management plans to ensure safe project execution and compliance with Amstel and client project requirements

• Accurate and reliable project planning and job estimation including materials, schedule and cost details

• Detailed labour costing information to ensure accurate costs and labour efficiency assumptions based on our own extensive archival data
