MURRAY STITT - MANAGING DIRECTOR
Murray is the owner and Managing Director of Amstel Constructions and brings more than 20years of experience as a Registered Builder in the building and construction industry. Amstel is Murray's second business venture, following on from a successful 10year period as the owner and operator of Nobel Homes- a boutique and high end residential construction company building some of Perth's most exclusive and high end specification private residences.
In additiion to commencing and successfully operating his own business, Murray also has extensive experience over almost a decade of commercial and project management where he was a dedicated project manager on several major WA projects:

Pilbara Assets Upgrade Program- Rio Tinto Iron Ore . Scope : $20M contract value to upgrade mine site buildings and associated infrastructure across six operating mines and assets in three town locations (Paraburdoo, Tom Price and Karratha)

Argyle Diamond Mine - Rio Tinto Minerals . Scope $2.2M contract value to refurbish and renovate camp facilities, dining hall and freight/loading facilities.

Roy Hill Accommodation Village - Central Facilities upgrade . Scope : $14M contract value to construct new buildings and infrastructure facilities under subcontract to Brookfield Multiplex.

Construction of the new Perth Stadium. Scope : $16M contract value for various subcontract packages for Multiplex Australia.

Granny Smith Gold Mine- Goldfields Ltd. Scope : $1M contract value to refurbish and upgrade camp facilities and dining hall/dry mess.
Murray's extensive experience also included the supervision of Civil and SMP Works in the Goldfields before launching Amstel Constructions in 2018 - with strong encouragement from former customers and industry colleagues alike to go back into business to fill a gap in the market for very technical and highly specialised building works and to provide industry capability to take on and complete "the sort of jobs that others walk away from".
