Lancelin - before

The 1950s house in the seaside town of Lancelin was destined for demolition.

Opened up main living area. Wall removal, structural roof support and a good coat of paint.

Wall dividing formal rooms had to go .

The kitchen now was the original enclosed back verandah which we extended to enlarge kitchen.

The enclosed verandah now exposed after safe removal of asbestos to create a relaxed outdoor area . Timber work sanded back for clear finish.
